Welcome to I Remember! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the I Remember mobile and web application (the “Service”) provided by I Remember, a company registered and operating in the Republic of the Philippines (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using I Remember, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all notes, reminders, and content (“User Content”) you create and store using our Service.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, back up, and transmit your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and its compliance with applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:
  • Violate any law or regulation in the Philippines or elsewhere
  • Upload malicious software or content that harms or disrupts systems
  • Infringe on intellectual property or other rights
  • Interfere with the Service’s normal operation or security

5. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that I Remember may collect, store, and use certain personal and non-personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment details, as well as data automatically collected through your use of our services, including device information, usage statistics, and cookies. This information is used to improve our services, ensure security, personalize your experience, and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate the Service temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and software related to I Remember (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of Quezon City, Philippines.

11. Refund Policy

If your subscription payment fails due to a technical error or is processed incorrectly, we will review the situation and issue a full refund where appropriate. We want to ensure that our customers are treated fairly and that any billing concerns are resolved promptly. We strive to provide the best possible experience with our services. Refunds are generally limited to payment errors or service issues. We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
